You can adjust the height of the pull-up bar according to your preference and ceiling height. It has four gears that can meet different installation requirements, and you can also change the angle of the bar to perform different exercises.

The pull-up bar comes with all the mounting screws you need, including wood screws for mounting on wood and pull-pop screws for mounting on concrete walls. The mounting holes are spaced 32 inches apart to accommodate ceiling studs spaced 16 inches and 32 inches apart, and the mounting base is 2.2 inches wide, perfect for studs 2 inches and up.
